Originally from the east coast of the USA, my dream to be an airplane pilot led me to engineering. With a degree in mechanical engineering, I joined Procter & Gamble where I held management roles in supply chain, product innovation and manufacturing operations around the world for more than 20 years.  Throughout my career inside organizations, there were consistent themes around building capability, team leadership, organizational development, collaboration,  adventure and growth. I now utilize those skills and experiences in support of you, my clients.

The events of my life & career thus far have not only built my skills in the global business landscape, but have also shaped me personally, all of which enables me to support you. I’ve faced challenging personal transitions and unique life-changing adventures along the way, including my fair share of struggle and heartache, successfully working abroad in Germany and Switzerland and embarking on a fulfilling career pivot life while living abroad. My experiences give me unique insights and deep empathy to support you in facing and creating your change, both personally and professionally because I have done it too. I have a gift for listening and asking the right questions to help you move forward and I love working with groups to build collective trust and success together.

I am passionate about helping people to find their happiness and to experience their lives and work more fully. I have unwavering beliefs in people’s capacity for growth, the power of self reflection and in the positive impact when people bring their authentic selves to their work. Helping clients achieve this is my way of living my purpose and contributing to the greater good.

Beyond work, you’ll find me in nature, traveling (well, before COVID-19), exercising or supporting other women. The outdoors is my go-to source for reflection, inspiration and fun and it’s also been a great teacher, helping me face my fears and connect with my strength. I created “Beyond Your Summits” (formerly Women on Ice), a unique personal leadership development program to empower, inspire and support women moving out of their comfort zone while exploring a Swiss glacier.

I am an accredited, professional coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF ACC). I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD, where I’m focusing my research on the psychodynamics of connection and collaboration in large organizations. My educational background includes a professional coaching diploma from the Institute de Coaching in Geneva and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University. I live in Geneva with my husband, Ken, where we can be found walking, cooking or planning our next adventure.

I look forward to our first discussion and learning how I can support you in moving forward toward YOUR success.
